MYANMAR – The Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) announced that now is an opportune moment for Spring Revolution forces to unite and increase their efforts to achieve victory in the revolution as the terrorist junta regime is facing continuous historic losses.
The announcement was made by the annual general meeting of the PSLF/TNLA which was held for five days from January 3 to 7 and attended by 173 members.
“As each revolutionary forces arising among various pressures are fighting the common enemy in each part of the country, the junta council is facing consecutive historic losses,” the TNLA annual meeting stated, adding that it believes now is the time for ethnic armed organisations and spring revolution forces to join hands and increase their efforts to the highest level to achieve victory in the revolution.
It was also agreed for TNLA to expand and reform with nine brigades and to form five districts composed of 18 towns. It was also announced that TNLA will be implementing security, legislation, education, health and social development sectors in the regions under its control including the 12 towns captured during Operation 1027 and that it will work for the swift emergence of the people’s government.
