MYANMAR- The donations received for this week from the “Support Revolution Whenever Man-U Wins” program will be donated to the “Birthday Campaign” which will provide medical supplies in the Karenni region, stated Dr. Phio Thiha.
“The campaign chosen to support in the 6th week is the “Birthday campaign of teacher Thinzar Aye”. This campaign is to build an operating room and buy an ambulance so everyone can join. Our team also scored a remarkable 4 goals, so I believe we will get a lot of funds this week. I will also help 400,000 as promised,” Dr. Phio Thiha said.
In the last 5 weeks, a total of more than 16 million kyats has been donated from the “Support Revolution Whenever Man-U Wins” campaign.
Starting this week, the format has been changed, and previously we collected/accepted funds even when Manchester United had a draw or lost the game but now we will only be making donations when Man-U wins.
“Actually, the Man-U supporters could join the campaign any time even if Man-U loses or Man-U wins in the Europa League other than the Premier League. The Page chat box is always open for Manchester United fans, just like the door to my heart which was opened for my love. We will collect funds in the mean time and donate all of them if there is a win for Man U,” Dr. Phio Thiha explained.
Manchester United defeated Everton by four goals at home in the Premier League match on the first December. Currently, Manchester United ranked 9th, but the ranks 9, 10, 11, and 12 got the same 19 points each.
At the top of the Premier League points table, Liverpool is leading with 34 points, and Manchester United is 15 points behind.
