SAGAING DIVISION: A responsible person of Monywa Township People’s Security Force said that the gang which robbed and killed a woman in the downtown of Monywa, Sagaing division had been caught.
The gang, which had entered into the house in downtown Monywa on December 26, killed a woman, the owner of the house and took a white Toyota Wish car, was arrested by the comrades of Monywa Township People’s Security Force by cooperating with the local revolutionary forces within twelve hours after their crimes. Due to the reckless shooting of the robbers, Mrs. Moh Moh San, over 40 years businesswoman, died and she left three children.
“The robbers were inspected. All of them were caught. The perpetrators and the manipulators were also arrested. Even the women are involved in the case. (6) people entered the house to rob and three manipulated the case so there were (9) in total, I guess. All the caught criminals have arrived yet as all have to be arrested from different locations. The material evidence are still being investigated,” said by a responsible person of Monywa Township People’s Security Force.
The caught robbers admitted their crimes by the effort of the members of Township People’s Security Force (PSF) led by Mr. Arrku, a responsible person of Monywa Township PSF, in twelve hours. The follow up actions, the statement which the robbers admitted their crimes will be published later along with recorded photos.
