RAKHINE STATE – The AA reported that the terrorist junta’s military aircraft bombed three times on densely populated areas and markets in Kyauktaw Town, which is controlled by Arakan Army (AA), causing casualties.
On January 11, the terrorist fascist junta army intentionally carried out targeted aerial bombings with its fighter jets on densely populated areas including residential wards and markets in Kyauktaw Town, three times, at around 9:00 a.m., at around 9:10 a.m., and at around 9:15 a.m. It was reported that about 15 bombs were dropped, fired, and attacked during the three aerial bombings.
During the bombings, innocent people who were selling goods, shopping, and some passers-by were killed and injured. Shops and residential houses were destroyed. AA said that they will continue to report the number of injuries, deaths and damage.
On January 8, the military junta bombed Kyauk Ni Maw Village in Ramree island, without any fighting, killing many people and burning down hundreds of houses.
