NEW ZEALAND: Myanmar citizens in foreign country were known to have protested against the Chinese Government, which is interfering Myanmar affairs, in front of the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand.
Around 2 p.m. of local people, the Myanmar affairs activists in New Zealand were known to have organised a protest in front of the Chinese Consulate General office in Auckland. The protesters protested in front of the Chinese consulate general’s office which is always tightened by heavy security, without informing the police force in New Zealand in advance.
During the protest, the Myanmar affairs activists argued with the security forces of Chinese consulate general office. The forces of New Zealand Diplomatic Squad arrived to settle the argument. The protesters left the gate of the embassy to continue their protest with slogans. The protest ended at 2:45 p.m. of local time on December 19.
The photos and videos of the protesters were recorded by the Chinese Embassy. The protest was done to urge Chinese Government to stop supporting the war criminal Min Aung Hlaing. The protest was attended by the old members of All Burma Students’ Democratic Front (ABSDF), the youths of Generation Z- GZ who are studying in New Zealand and Myanmar Affairs activists.
