BAGO DIVISION – An official from Battalion 3801, Division 5 of Thayarwaddy District said that more than 10 junta council soldiers were killed when they blew up a terrorist army column in Okpho township and 20 people near the Wine village were arrested for no reason after the attack.
The terrorist army column consists of 30 soldiers coming out from Okpho township’s Wine village group police outpost was attacked by 4 multiple blasting mines in 1:45 p.m. of October 13th. They were attacked in front of the hospital of Wine village group just over the bridge of Wine village by the Hero guerrilla squad, Gyobingauk, 5th company of 3801 battalion of Thayarwaddy district.
During this attack, more than 10 junta council’s soldiers were killed and a large number of them were injured. In addition, the soldiers of the terrorist junta council also arrested about 20 people from the front of the hospital in the area where the mine exploded.
“It was reported that about 20 people were arrested and taken to the camp in front of the hospital. It is known that the bodies of the war dogs were taken to the village cemetery. I heard that they put wounded people into their camp. They came in tactical formation, so they moved about 9 feet away from each other, and we planted the mines about 12 feet away and detonated with 4 landmines,” said an official from the 5th company, HERO Guerrilla squad of Gyobingauk, 3801 Battalion of Thayarwaddy district.
