MANDALAY DIVISION – People’s Defense Force – Mandalay (MDY – PDF) reported on the evening of August 9 that they had seized five more military bases in Thabeikkyin Township.
They completely captured the junta bases in Kwin (30), Let Pan Pyant, Hpo Kone, Wet Thay and Hpet Shey villages.
The statement stated that the MDY- PDF continues to attack designated military targets.
