YANGON DIVISION- An official of Yangon Phoenix official stated that Major Zayar Min of the Military Affairs Security Force, who was attending a wedding at the Apollo Hotel, was attacked on his way back.
On December 22nd, at around 2:00 p.m., Major Zayar Min, who was visiting his sister’s wedding at the APOLLO Hotel, Upper Baho Road, Quarter -2, Mayangone Township, was shot on his way back. It is reported that the Major was injured but not seriously.
“They drove back from the wedding when being chased and attacked by gunfire. So far, it is only known that he was injured,” said a revolutionary news source.
Major Zayar Min, who got shot, reportedly visited his sister’s wedding from his place of work at the (Tatmadaw) Military Industrial Training College in Pyin Oo Lwin.
