MON STATE – Leader of Ye Belu Force stated that when Ye Belu Force intercepted the junta’s military vehicle riding by the junta thugs from Light Infantry Battalion (LIB-343) along Sone Nant Thar Village, Ye Township, Mon State on Tuesday (December 03) at around 9:14 a.m., they exchanged fire with the junta thugs from the vehicle. After the engagement, they could manage three junta thugs’ death and many injuries but one comrade from Ye Belu Force also got injuries at legs.
“Today (December 03) morning, we intercepted the junta forces from LIB 343 when they were heading for meeting on Sone Nant Thar Village. Three junta thugs died. They released counterattack,” Ye Belu Force Leader said.
Furthermore, the junta troops from the junta’s battalions 586, 343 and 587 have been firing with heavy artilleries along No. 8 Road after engaging a clash according to the information from the locals.
