SHAN STATE – The genocidal junta’s military aircrafts launched aerial bombings over Pi Kin Village on the western part of Mobye, Pekon Township, injuring three and destroying two cars and some residential houses, according to a comrade of Karenni Nationalities Defense Force (KNDF).
On December 27, at 3:25 p.m., the junta’s fighter jet bombed a 500-pound bomb and a 120-pound bomb on Pi Kin Village in the western part of Mobye, Pekon Township, causing minor injuries to three civilians and damaging two cars and some houses.
“The junta army bombarded without a fight. They dropped a 500-pound bomb and a 120-pound bomb. It is the village where the displaced people sheltered. Three civilians were injured. But, not seriously. Two cars and some residential houses were destroyed. Pi Kin Village has been bombed twice from the air. We would like to urge the people in the western part of Mobye to be careful of the airstrikes,” said a KNDF comrade.
Pi Kin Village, which was attacked by junta’s aerial bombings, is a village with about 600 households and a large number of displaced people. This is the second time that the bombardment has been carried out.
