SHAN STATE – During the battle at Kyaukgu Region in Yaksauk Township, southern Shan State, the terrorist junta council used chemical weapons and the revolutionary forces suffered from nausea as a result, reported an official from Danu People’s Liberation Army (DPLA).
DPLA intercepted and attacked the Kyaukgu-based junta artillery battalion 349, Naungwoe-based infantry 292 and the junta forces headed to Taungkhan in Nawnghkio Township, in Kyaukgu Region around 4 p.m. on December 7 and the junta forces used chemical bombs and drones in their counter-attack.
As a result, members of the DPLA were exposed to the chemical poison and suffered from nausea and vomiting.
“They didn’t use planes but drones. There is fighting every day. The chemical bombs were used on December 7 only. Our soldiers exposed to the gas are also recovering now. We will issue updates on the battles,” said the official from DPLA.
DPLA has been battling those terrorist junta forces almost daily since November 30 and it is said that news of those battles will be released later.
