MANDALAY DIVISION – The terrorist junta air force bombed a Korean language school in Nabaemyit Village of Natogyi Township and two students were killed, according to local reports.
A junta plane reportedly bombed the language school outside of the village around 4 p.m. on December 2, even though there was no battle in the area, resulting in the deaths of two students.
“A jet fighter dropped a bomb that exploded on the Korean language school outside the village, killing two boarding students on the spot. Those students were from Pyin Oo Lwin and Myinmu. It was lucky that the bombing happened after the classes ended. If not, many more students would have been killed,” said a local resident.
Residents reported that the terrorist junta council frequently carry out air and artillery attacks targeting non-military targets and villages not stationed by revolutionary forces in Natogyi Township.
Junta jets bombed the monastery in Minsone Taung tree plantation in eastern Natogyi Township four times around 2:40 p.m. on October 23, severely injuring the 80-year-old head abbot and also destroying the monastery and the dhamma hall.
Similarly, the terrorist junta soldiers and police stationed inside Natogyi Police Station fired three heavy weapons unprovoked around 7:50 p.m. on October 28 and the shells landed on a food stall in Htanaungpinlae Village to the south of Natogyi Town, hitting a married couple and the wife was killed on the spot.
