SHAN STATE – The terrorist junta council and its subordinate PNO militia used drones to bomb Naungyin Village in Hsihseng Township, southern Shan State, resulting in the deaths of a two year old child and the mother while the father was heavily injured, reported Mr. Khun Yein Yan, the information officer of Pa’O National Liberation Army (PNLA).
The family of three was working inside their corn fields around 10 a.m. on December 2, when the terrorist junta and PNO forces bombed the village using drones. The child and the mother, Ms. Nan Htwe, were killed on the spot while the father, Mr. Khun Nge Lay was hit by shrapnel all over his body.
“It happened around 10 a.m. this morning (December 2). We found out that the drone that took off from the camp of junta and PNO militia in the west bombed the people working in the corn fields. The two year old child and the child’s mother were killed on the spot while the father is injured all over his body, hit by shrapnel,” said Mr. Khun Yein Yan.
He continued that the terrorist junta council and its subordinate PNO militia has been continuously raiding the Pa’O region, bombing Pa’O villages, torching and shelling the houses of Pa’O people and murdering the Pa’O people which are extremely nefarious actions.
