
According to military sources in Naypyidaw, the terrorist military council has been increasingly using high-powered bombs and advanced Russian-technology drones in their aerial attacks, necessitating extra vigilance from civilians and revolutionary forces. After previously upgrading Chinese-made drones, the military council has now expanded its use of advanced Russian drones. These drones are notably capable of carrying more powerful explosive payloads than before, with some models featuring silent flight capabilities that make them nearly inaudible during operation. The Russian-technology advanced drones are also equipped with night vision cameras, significantly enhancing their operational capabilities.
The military council has been expanding its drone departments while also enlarging its explosive weapons and ammunition production facilities through various KaPaSa (Defense Products) subdivisions. Specifically, KaPaSa 7, located near Kyauktawlay village in Pyay Township, has become a primary production facility for drone bombs. The facility can be accessed via the Aunglan-Pyay road, turning at the Kyawswa Fertilizer Factory road junction, past Myinpya Mountain. This facility produces various weapons including hand grenades, inaga bombs, bouncing bombs, anti-tank weapons, car mines, anti-personnel mines, and increasingly, high-powered drone bombs.
Military sources from Naypyidaw have indicated continuous upgrades to drone capabilities, with both training programs and necessary equipment now in place. The explosive power of drone bombs has been enhanced, and the payload capacity has increased, allowing for more bombs to be carried per mission. The sources particularly emphasized the extreme danger of people, especially PDF forces, gathering in single locations during nighttime. The military council is also conducting competitive research among its KaPaSa facilities to increase production of both drone bombs and aircraft bombs, with KaPaSa 7 specifically focusing on the production of more dangerous high-powered explosives.
