Meanwhile, the National Unity Government (NUG) has announced plans to meet with Indian government officials regarding the incident where approximately 10 People’s Defense Force (PDF) members were killed by the Assam Rifles in India’s Assam state. The government stated that it will conduct detailed investigations into the incident involving the shooting by Assam Rifles forces and engage in discussions to maintain peace and stability in the border region between the two countries.

According to sources within the prison, most inmates cannot afford to purchase clean drinking water, leading to a notable rise in kidney stone cases. The health situation of the prisoners has become concerning, with reports indicating insufficient access to necessary medical treatment. The lack of access to clean drinking water has created a serious health crisis within the facility, affecting a large number of inmates.
