The military council continues to target civilian areas with heavy weapons and airstrikes, even as people struggle with natural disaster challenges. According to the KNU Central’s statement, the military forces are deliberately targeting civilian residential areas, causing widespread fear and anxiety among local residents. These attacks on civilians have forced many to flee their homes, leading to displacement and significant hardships in meeting basic needs. The ongoing military operations against civilian populations have created a humanitarian crisis in the region, with residents living in constant fear while facing both security threats and economic difficulties.
