
A military outpost stationed in Pay village, Ohn Pin Kwin village tract, Yebyu Township, Tanintharyi Region, was attacked by revolutionary allied forces, resulting in the death of three military soldiers, according to an official from Dauna Battalion 6 (Wai Hin Force). The attack occurred around 6 AM on September 18, targeting a military council outpost manned by approximately 60 soldiers.
The battle lasted about an hour, during which the military council’s heavy artillery response resulted in injuries to two local civilians. The outpost is located on the road connecting Zadi and Kan Pauk, and following the battle, Infantry Battalion 273 reinforced the position with four military vehicles. One resistance fighter was also injured in the clash, though their condition is not critical according to confirmed reports.
The attack was carried out through coordination between multiple resistance groups including Dauna Column-3 (KBDF), Dauna Battalion-6 (Wai Hin Force), Dauna Battalion-7 (LPF), Ramanya Mon Army (RMA), Dawei District Battalion-1 (T1), Yebyu Township PDF, Naga Ni Guerrilla Force, and Bathoo Army (B.H.A.). Local residents have been warned by revolutionary forces to remain vigilant due to the possibility of subsequent clashes in the area.
