SAGAING DIVISION – An official from Snipe Rangers Force (Local PDF) reported that the terrorist junta forces discretely travelling in civilian cars were attacked in Chaung U Township and three junta forces were killed.
Around 1:20 p.m. on February 8, the terrorist junta soldiers that came out of Natyaykan base in civilian cars were attacked near the rest house between Natyaykan and Yaypoesar.
Three junta forces were killed on the spot while many were injured and although the junta forces chased after the revolutionary forces after the attack, the revolutionary forces were able to return unharmed.
“We attacked the terrorist junta forces that came out of Natyaykan base in civilian cars near the rest house five minutes after they alighted. Three of them died on the spot and there were also many that were injured,” said the official from Snipe Rangers Force (Local PDF).
The attack was carried out by Snipe Rangers Force (Local PDF), PGC (Myinmu) and the regional PDO.
