
Local residents reported that three civilians, including a child, were injured when the terrorist military forces attacked Nabaypin village and Kyauktaing village in Nganzun Township, Mandalay Region, with drones and heavy weapons. The attacks began around 10:15 AM on June 2, forcing local residents to flee for safety amid heavy rainfall.
The terrorist military forces dropped approximately 10 bombs on Kyauktaik village using drones and about 5 bombs on Nabe village. Due to these attacks, villagers had to flee to safety despite the rain, and among those injured were three family members, including a child, according to local residents. The military council forces continue their offensive operations in the area at present.
According to a local resident, the military council forces are specifically targeting civilians, attacking residential homes and basic infrastructure in the villages. These deliberate attacks on civilians have severely disrupted the daily lives of local residents, who are now living in fear and anxiety. The ongoing military operations have forced many families to abandon their homes and seek shelter in safer locations, despite challenging weather conditions and limited resources for evacuation.
