CHIN STATE – The Chin National Federation announced that a soldier of the Terrorist Junta Council who came to the legal fold by bringing weapons and ammunition to the Chin National Defense Force – CNDF was awarded six million kyats.
On August 19, a soldier of the terrorist army’s Infantry Battalion (268) based in Falam, bringing along one MA-1 rifle, 150 bullets, four Enaga bombs and came into the legal fold of the Chin National Defense Force.
The CNO/CNDF Information and Public Relations Department reported that the defecting soldier was given good shelter and was given six million kyats as a reward.
