SAGAING DIVISION- An official from Khin Oo Township Public Administration stated that the military product, “MYANMAR” beer cans, were seized and destroyed in Khin Oo Township.
On February 7, the PDF soldiers inspected and detained the truck carrying the military-product Myanmar beer cans, under the guidance of the township people’s administrative forces.
During the arrest and investigation, 71 boxes of Myanmar Beer containing 852 bottles and 24 small boxes containing 526 cans, worth nearly 100 million kyats, were reportedly seized.
Khin Oo Township People’s Administration Force and Khin Oo People’s Defense Force reportedly destroyed all the seized military products (Myanmar beer) in front of the public.
Profits from the products owned by the military juntas, their families, and supportive pillars would end up as bullets, bombs, and explosives destroying the lives of the civilians and the revolutionary forces, destroying our houses and properties. Thus Khin Oo Township People’s Administration Committee has appealed to all citizens to boycott military-related products.
