In a separate incident in Pathein City, Ayeyarwady Region, a man armed with two pairs of scissors entered the downtown police station and attacked personnel, resulting in injuries to four police officers, including station chief Kyaw Zay Latt. The attacker also sustained gunshot wounds during the incident. Authorities are continuing to investigate the details surrounding this attack.
