It has been reported that the To Comrade group from Yangon has provided nutritional support to children affected by conflict in Upper Myanmar. The donation was facilitated through the Anya Pit Taing Htaung Lay group, targeting children who are continuing their education despite facing numerous challenges in the current situation. In Upper Myanmar, civilians have been forced to flee their homes due to military council oppression, and children are not only losing their access to regular education but are also facing nutritional deficiencies.
Despite facing threats from military council airstrikes and village burnings, children in Upper Myanmar continue their education through the brave efforts of local education workers who risk their lives to teach. This nutritional support initiative aims to help maintain the health and educational capabilities of these children. The Anya Pit Taing Htaung Lay group, working in collaboration with local communities, has distributed nutritious food supplies to these children. This support comes at a crucial time when many families are struggling with displacement and limited access to resources due to the ongoing conflict in the region.
