
According to the Shan Human Rights Foundation, the terrorist military conducted systematic airstrikes on Hsipaw, Nawnghkio, and Kyaukme towns in Shan State and Mogok town in Mandalay Region from July 4 to July 14. These attacks resulted in the deaths of 13 civilians and injured 31 others, including children. The bombardments also destroyed over 56 buildings, including one hospital, two schools, five businesses, and one recreation center.
On July 14 in the evening, the terrorist military dropped two bombs on Taunmyo Ward in Hsipaw town, killing two civilians and wounding two others. Three houses, five shops, and one recreation center were destroyed. Around midnight on July 13, they conducted an airstrike on Gawhaka village near Panmathip village in Mogok, dropping a 500-pound bomb. This attack injured eight people, including three children, four men, and four women, while destroying seven houses. The terrorist military also launched six bombs on western Kyaukme town on the morning of July 13, hitting Primary School No. 13 and Waso Monastery Road between Pinnekon, Mannar, and Kyauktaung villages. One woman was injured and several buildings including the school and houses were damaged.
On July 11 in the afternoon, jet fighters dropped two 250-pound bombs on Market Ward in Nawnghkio town, destroying six houses. They also dropped two similar bombs on Kyaukkam village, located 5 kilometers west of Nawnghkio. Earlier attacks included the July 11 bombing of Kyaukme town with three 500-pound bombs, killing one civilian and injuring three others. On July 9, airstrikes on Panmathip village in Mogok killed five people, including three children, and wounded six others. The attacks continued throughout early July, with strikes on various locations including Shwepyihnyon village near Nawnghkio, peaceful areas of Kyaukme town, and multiple wards in Hsipaw, causing civilian casualties and widespread destruction of homes, businesses, and public facilities.
