The attack was carried out on March 6 at approximately 11:00 AM through a joint operation involving multiple resistance groups including the 925 Guerrilla Force (Nganzun), Nganzun Township PDF, Ayeyarma Python Guerrilla Force, Fight For Freedom Drone Team, and Zeya Shwe Myay Group.
According to a spokesperson from the 925 Guerrilla Force, the operation utilized two fixed-wing drones to drop three bombs on the military camp, which was occupied by approximately 50 military council troops. While the exact number of casualties could not be immediately confirmed, reports indicate significant losses among the military council forces. The resistance forces successfully withdrew from the operation without sustaining any casualties.
The military council has been conducting frequent airstrikes targeting civilians in the Nganzun Township area, prompting revolutionary forces to warn local residents to remain vigilant against potential air threats. Htun Tha village remains under military council control, where local civilians continue to face oppression from occupying forces.
