The People’s Defense Force (Mandalay) spokesperson Ko Aung Mon has confirmed that the military council is launching offensives against revolutionary forces-controlled areas in Mattaya and Patheingyi Townships of Mandalay Region. During these operations, the bodies of six military personnel, including that of Phyo Kyaw, believed to be a Deputy Strategic Commander, were recovered.
