A spokesperson from the People’s Servant Revolution has confirmed that revolutionary forces successfully intercepted and attacked military council troops who had entered Wetlet Township in Sagaing Region, resulting in military casualties and forcing their retreat. On July 28, approximately 150 military council troops departed from the Mingun area of Sagaing Township and reached the area between Sone Kine North village and Tay village in Wetlet Township. At this point, revolutionary forces launched an interceptive attack against the advancing military column.

Backend support was provided by Wetlet Township PDF, Wetlet Township Rescue Team, and Wetlet Township Strike Committee.
