
The Urban Special Operation (U.S.O) has reported that a missile strike on Military Council’s Defense Products Factory 11 (DPF-11) in Taikkyi Township, Yangon Region, resulted in 5 deaths and 16 injuries among military personnel. The attack occurred at 9:50 PM on April 4th, utilizing long-range missiles to target the strategic military installation. The strike was specifically aimed at the facility that has been producing and supplying weapons, ammunition, and components for the military council’s operations.
According to internal military sources, the attack caused significant damage to the small arms factory, food storage warehouse, and ammunition depot within the DPF-11 compound. The facility was targeted due to its strategic importance as a key supplier of military equipment and ammunition to the military council’s forces. The revolutionary forces identified it as a legitimate military target due to its role in supporting the military council’s operations.
Following the attack, the military council has implemented strict security measures to prevent information leaks about the incident, including conducting thorough security checks and deploying plain-clothed personnel for area clearance operations. Local residents have been warned to remain vigilant due to increased security operations in the area. The Shadow (S.A.F) forces also participated in this operation, and they have announced their intention to continue targeting the military council’s economic assets and associated individuals in coordination with allied forces.
