
A ceremony commemorating the 75th Martyrs’ Day was held at a people’s based school in Taze Township, Sagaing Region, on July 19. During the ceremony, attendees observed a moment of silence at exactly 10:37 AM to honor General Aung San and his eight fellow martyred leaders who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence.
Students, teachers, and local residents participated in the event, where photographs of the martyred leaders were displayed. The ceremony included prayers and tributes to commemorate Martyrs’ Day.
