
A spokesperson from the Mon State Revolutionary Force (MSRF), Mi Tala Nyan, has confirmed that four military soldiers were killed during an attack on a military outpost near Anin village in Thanzphyuzayat Township, Mon State. The attack occurred around 10 AM on September 18, targeting military personnel stationed near the Anin village railway station. The revolutionary forces successfully withdrew from the operation without suffering any casualties.
According to Mi Tala Nyan, the military outpost was manned by approximately 15 soldiers at the time of the attack, with four confirmed casualties verified through visual confirmation. The operation was jointly carried out by forces under the Mon Federal Council’s Defense Department, specifically the MSRF and YPDF units. The engagement lasted only a few minutes, with the revolutionary forces successfully withdrawing according to their operational plan.
