However, he later emerged alive and was transferred to work as a director at the Internal Revenue Department. The tragic incident occurred when the powerful earthquake struck on March 28, causing the death of his wife Yu Zana Kyaw and their daughter when they were crushed by a collapsing building in Naypyidaw.
Local sources have confirmed that the bodies of the deceased wife Yu Zana Kyaw and daughter remain in Naypyidaw and have not yet been transported back to Pathein.
