
On March 3, the Daung Thwe Ni Strike Column conducted a protest march against the military dictatorship in Yinmabin Township, Sagaing Region. The Daung Thwe Ni Strike Column is a people-based organization actively working for the end of military dictatorship and the restoration of democracy, consistently carrying out anti-dictatorship activities within Yinmabin Township.
Protesters carried anti-dictatorship signs and flags while peacefully marching through the area. Local residents showed their support for the demonstration, displaying unity in the movement against military rule. The protest by the Daung Thwe Ni Strike Column reflected the public’s stance against the military dictatorship system.
Yinmabin Township has been a stronghold of anti-military dictatorship activism, where local residents continue to sacrifice and struggle for democracy. Despite facing numerous hardships, including oppression and violence from military forces, the people maintain their firm stance and continue their fight for democracy, enduring significant challenges in their pursuit of freedom from military rule.
