
The Chin Brotherhood (CB) group has held significant meetings with National Unity Government (NUG) Interim President Duwa Lashi La and Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) Vice Chairman General Gun Maw in Laiza. The discussions, which took place during the third week of July, focused on strategic cooperation in the revolution and building closer relationships between organizations. According to Salai Yaw Man, spokesperson for the Chin Brotherhood-CB group, these meetings represented a crucial step in strengthening revolutionary efforts. The talks centered on developing more effective strategies for implementing revolutionary activities, practical action plans, and frameworks for inter-organizational cooperation.
During the meetings, detailed discussions were held regarding tactical approaches to make revolutionary operations more effective, specific implementation plans, and methods for enhanced cooperation between organizations. The delegation also held separate meetings with NUG Defense Minister U Yee Mon and Health and Education Minister Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, as confirmed by Salai Tin Mi, Secretary of the Chin Brotherhood Military Committee. The visit was described as a significant milestone for the revolutionary movement that began in 2021, providing valuable opportunities to learn from the experiences, strategies, and ongoing operations of revolutionary leaders. Salai Tin Mi further emphasized that the current era demands transparency, necessitating more open relationships and collaboration between organizations. He also relayed the military leadership’s message about the importance of unity and cooperation between the CB and CNF in leading the Chin people’s revolutionary movement.
