The AA Chief firmly stated that lasting peace cannot be achieved without releasing Aung San Suu Kyi and other political prisoners. Kim Aris also commended the recent achievements of the AA and its members, expressing understanding for the hardships faced by Rakhine civilians displaced by conflict. The discussion emphasized the importance of maintaining trusted friendship between Kim Aris and the AA Chief, with both parties agreeing to support each other in their respective efforts.
During their meeting, Kim Aris and the AA Commander-in-Chief agreed to maintain a relationship of trusted allies and to provide mutual support.
