SAGAING DIVISION: In Katha township, Sagaing division, the rural civilians and “Ludu Aunglan (The Victorious Flag of the Public) Strike Column” were known to have cooperated to organise a revolutionary rally to oppose against the junta’s council and to eradicate the military dictator on November 18.
