YANGON DIVISION – Youth of Anarchy was known to have hanged a poster “Center on the Civilians” in front of Kantharyar Park in Yangon on October 30 as a public revolutionary movement.
The movement was intended to urge the activists to be more united, free from personal bias, organisational bias and regional bias and for a genuine system that centers on the civilians to emerge.
