In Yinmabin Township, Sagaing Region, the People’s Force Strike Column led a protest demonstration against the military dictatorship today, August 15. Local residents, youth, and activists participated in the protest, marching through the town’s streets while carrying anti-military dictatorship banners and flags.
The protesters peacefully demonstrated while carrying signs with demands including the complete elimination of the military dictatorship, the emergence of a federal democratic system, and the release of political prisoners detained under military rule. They also enthusiastically chanted slogans opposing the military dictatorship system.
Yinmabin Township is one of the areas in Sagaing Region where anti-military dictatorship activities remain strong, and local people have been actively participating in movements against the military regime since the coup. The People’s Force Strike Column continues to carry out anti-military dictatorship activities with the support and endorsement of local residents.
