The details of the engagement reveal that the combined revolutionary forces first launched a mine attack against the military council troops as they left Kular Shin village. Subsequently, members of the Saraik District No. 3 Fish Migration Battalion conducted a follow-up attack along the Natmauk-Saingkaung road between Kular Shin village and Wanbaeinn village. The firefight lasted approximately 10 minutes, resulting in 10 military council casualties and numerous injuries, as confirmed by officials. The revolutionary forces successfully withdrew from the engagement without suffering any casualties.
This operation was carried out through the coordinated efforts of the Saraik District No. 3 Fish Migration Battalion, Natmauk People’s Defense Force, and other revolutionary groups. According to local sources, the attack was prompted by the military council forces’ ongoing intimidation and oppression of local civilians during their military operations in the region. The successful operation demonstrates the growing effectiveness of resistance forces in challenging military council control in the area, while highlighting the continued struggle of local communities against military oppression.
