A spokesperson from the TYK Guerrilla Force has confirmed that revolutionary forces conducted a mine attack against Pyu Saw Htee members who were searching for supplies in Myaing Township, Magway Region. On July 1, when members of the Pyu Saw Htee group from Thet Kan village ventured approximately 500 meters west of their village to gather supplies, they were attacked by mines previously set by revolutionary forces. The attack resulted in injuries to two Pyu Saw Htee members, while the revolutionary forces were able to withdraw without any casualties.
The operation was jointly carried out by the TYK Guerrilla Force and the Daung Man group, according to officials. Additionally, in Mandalay Region’s Myingyan Township, revolutionary forces conducted a drone strike on June 28 targeting both the residence of a Pyu Saw Htee leader and a military council outpost in Sone village, as confirmed by a representative from the Myingyan Northerners Guerrilla Force.
During the attack in Myingyan Township, ten bombs were dropped via drone, though the exact number of military council casualties could not be immediately verified. Despite random retaliatory fire from the frightened Pyu Saw Htee members, the revolutionary forces successfully withdrew from the area without suffering any casualties. The operation was a collaborative effort between the Myingyan Northerners Guerrilla Force (MNGF), the TGYR-YouthGuerrillaCounter Revolution-NZ guerrilla force, and the TGYR-Drone Team, according to reports.
