These residences are not encroaching on municipal land but are legally established homes. The military council is demanding the demolition of properties, including those with land grants, citing a 51-foot road boundary expansion. Local residents report that this action by the military council represents oppression against the people and creates significant hardship for civilians, particularly during the rainy season.

The affected properties include lands with official grants and ancestral properties, which the military council is illegally threatening to demolish through coercion.
