The attack occurred around 10:30 AM on May 21, during which four additional military council soldiers were also wounded. The operation was carried out through coordinated efforts of multiple resistance forces, including the Dawei District Allied Forces, Spring Revolution Guerrilla Force, Federal Thuwunna Star Group, Student Revolutionary Force, and Dawn Column 7.
