
The People’s Defense Force from North Okkalapa Township has conducted an attack using high-explosive mines against military council troops stationed at the sports complex along Union Road in Ward 29, North Dagon Township, Yangon. According to a responsible official from the North Okkalapa Township People’s Defense Force, the attack was carried out at 10:35 PM on May 10th using three high-explosive mines, successfully targeting the military council’s position.
The attack effectively struck the military council camp, and while casualties are believed to have occurred among military council forces, the exact extent of damage and casualties is still being investigated. The official confirmed that all members of the People’s Defense Force were able to safely withdraw from the operation after the attack. The strike was precisely targeted at the military outpost within the sports complex compound, demonstrating the tactical capabilities of the resistance forces.
