The military forces began their operation in Bisapkone village on March 17, using trucks to transport stolen civilian property to Mingya Pyusawthi village.
The military council’s forces have been continuously terrorizing the river island region of Bisapkone village, engaging in systematic looting of civilian property and destruction of homes through arson. Local residents report that their community has been subjected to repeated acts of violence and property destruction by the military forces. The situation has created severe distress among the local population, forcing many to flee their homes and abandon their properties.
Additionally, a military vessel from Pakokku has been reported to have arrived at Pauktaw port on the morning of March 18. Local sources indicate that the military council is systematically destroying civilian lives and properties in the region, committing what residents describe as war crimes. These violent actions have caused widespread fear and displacement among the local population, with many residents being forced to evacuate their homes and seek safety elsewhere. The ongoing military operations in the area continue to pose a serious threat to civilian safety and property, with reports of systematic destruction and looting becoming increasingly common.
