The military forces began their operation in Bisapkone village on March 17, conducting a thorough raid of civilian homes and properties.
According to local sources, the military forces transported the looted items to Mingya Pyusawthi village using light trucks. After removing valuable property from the village, they began systematically burning residential buildings. Bisapkone village, located in the river island area, has been subjected to repeated attacks by military forces. The systematic nature of these operations suggests a deliberate campaign of destruction targeting civilian infrastructure and property in the region.
Additionally, a military vessel from Pakokku arrived at Pauktaw port on the morning of March 18. Local residents report that military forces regularly conduct operations along the Ayeyarwady River, targeting villages with looting and arson attacks. These aggressive actions by the military council have forced many local residents to flee their homes and seek refuge in safer areas.
