On March 5, they proceeded to enter Zarapni village, where they destroyed 68 houses by fire. They then moved on to Thagaung Lei village, burning more than 20 houses, bringing the total number of destroyed homes to over 358 across the three villages.

Local sources confirm that the military continues to terrorize the area, moving between their established bases and conducting further raids on surrounding villages.
