According to a statement from Comrade Shedaw, Information Officer of the Longlone Township People’s Defense Force, four military council soldiers were severely injured when revolutionary forces conducted a drone strike on the military council’s Pyusawthi camp in Kyauknimaw village, Longlone Township, Tanintharyi Region. The attack occurred around 10 AM on March 9, when bombs dropped from revolutionary forces’ drones exploded near a bunker where military council troops were taking shelter.
During the attack, although military council soldiers returned fire with small arms, the revolutionary forces were able to withdraw successfully without suffering any casualties. This successful operation was carried out through the coordinated efforts of multiple drone units, including the Longlone PDF Drone Force, TPLF Drone Force, Sky Ghost Drone Force, Spring Revolution Guerrilla Drone Force, and the Student Revolutionary Army Drone Team.
Comrade Shedaw, the Information Officer of the Longlone Township People’s Defense Force, emphasized the importance of cooperation between revolutionary organizations. He noted that as the military council is reinforcing both their manpower and technology, revolutionary organizations need to establish stronger coordination. He stressed the importance of carefully analyzing the enemy’s current situation. He further stated that if such collaborative efforts are strengthened, the success of the revolution would exceed expectations. The coordinated drone attack demonstrates the effectiveness of joint operations between various revolutionary forces in their struggle against the military council.
