The Anya Pistine Thone Lay Group has donated one meal on behalf of a donor to two internally displaced persons (IDP) camps in Salingyi Township. The donation involved preparing and delivering cooked meals with curry to displaced civilians who are seeking shelter in these camps. Residents from villages in Salingyi Township continue to be displaced due to the military council’s airstrikes, heavy artillery shelling, and destruction of properties through arson. These internally displaced people are in urgent need of food supplies, shelter, and healthcare services.
