SAGAING DIVISION – Local people said that the terrorist army bombed the North Nat Laport village, Kani Township, Sagaing Division with a mechanized parachute, killing 1 person and injuring 1 person.
U Aye Lin, a 49 year old resident, died on the spot and 57 year old Daw Mone was also seriously injured because of the terrorist army attack on the North Nat Laport village, Kani township with a mechanized parachute bomb on February 11th, at around 12:30 a.m.
A local resident said that “On February 11th, at about 12:30 in the morning, two bombs were dropped on our village by an mechanized parachute which flew from Northwestern Command and one person was killed and another was injured because one bomb was directly hit on a house. All villagers are scared.”
In February, they started to attack Sulakone village and Nat Laport village in Kani township with mechanize parachutes from Northwestern Command in Monywa. It is reported that the terrorist army is continuously bombarding the villages in Taungtha township with mechanized parachutes.
