
According to a responsible official from the Daung Ni Naung Column, 13 soldiers from the terrorist military council were injured during drone strikes on their positions in Nyaung Zin and Yan Taung villages in Yayphyu Township, Tanintharyi Region. The attacks were carried out continuously from March 6 to March 9, with no casualties reported among the resistance forces.
On March 6, resistance forces conducted drone strikes against more than 70 military council soldiers stationed in Nyaung Zin village at 11 AM and 6 PM, resulting in injuries to 7 soldiers. Subsequently, from March 7 to March 9, additional attacks were launched against military council troops positioned in Yan Taung village, causing injuries to 6 more soldiers, as disclosed by the official.
These operations were jointly conducted by the Daung Ni Naung Column, Daung Ni Naung Drone Force, T5Wings Drone Force, and Dragon Squad Drone Force. The Daung Ni Naung Column has issued a warning to local residents in the Dawei District to remain vigilant and relocate away from military positions, as the terrorist military council is expected to continue deploying large numbers of troops and launching offensive operations in the area.
