
According to a spokesperson from the Anyarland Alliance Forces, military airstrikes on villages between Myaing and Pauk townships in Magway Region have killed 12 civilians and injured many others. Between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM on March 3, the military conducted multiple airstrikes using Y12 aircraft and jet fighters: one strike near Seichay village in Myaing Township, one near Gyutkon village, two strikes on Baungbin village, one on a monastery in Nyaungkon village, one strike near Suwin village using a jet fighter, and one strike on farmland near Taw village using a Y12 aircraft.
Additionally, there was one airstrike near Letpanto village in Pauk Township using a jet fighter, and another near Thyetkhan village, totaling nine airstrikes. The attacks resulted in 12 civilian deaths and numerous injuries across Myaing and Pauk townships. Four people were killed and eight were injured in Baungbin village, while other casualties included oil field workers. The official from Anyarland Alliance Forces stated that they are still investigating the total number of casualties, noting significant damage to structures in the oil field area and the death of livestock.
Around 6:00 AM on March 3, two military helicopters from the Chauk-based unit conducted surveillance flights over villages in western Myaing Township, causing fear among local residents. Revolutionary forces have warned that the terrorist military council is deliberately targeting villages in Myaing and Pauk townships of Magway Region, committing war crimes through these airstrikes. They advised civilians to dig bomb shelters, stay alert to air raid warnings, and maintain vigilance for their safety.
